業務介紹
1、管控項目實施并合理(lǐ)規避風險,對(duì)項目團隊内部項目執行交叉檢查;
2、負責編寫周計劃工作表和(hé)月(yuè)度工作總結;
3、對(duì)項目過程中反饋的(de)意見進行收集、整理(lǐ)、反饋,向業主提出改良意見;
4、負責對(duì)團隊下(xià)屬的(de)工作量進行統計、分(fēn)析和(hé)考核;
5、完成其他(tā)上級交辦和(hé)團隊協作的(de)各項工作。
Business Introduction
1、Project implementation control and reasonable risk avoidance, conducting cross-checks within the project team for project execution.
2、Responsible for preparing weekly planning worksheets and monthly work summaries.
3、Collecting, organizing, and providing feedback on feedback received during the project process, and presenting improvement suggestions to the project owner.
4、Responsible for statistics, analysis, and assessment of the workload of subordinates in the team.
5、Completing other tasks assigned by superiors and collaborative work within the team.
